We booked an a double room, it was complete with ample storage and large windows, for example. Great location, Essendon Fields airport was 12 miles away.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible, and the bed was quite hard.

Our stay there was special. The staff were very friendly, ideal hotel. The venue was set in the central position not far from the shopping centres and suitable transport to the local steam train attraction in Belgrave.

The property was set in a central area adjacent to great bars and restaurants, and Melbourne's most delicious restaurants. Furthermore, near shops & gardens & good cafes.

The room is fairly quiet with large windows, the hotel features a cocktail bar onsite. There are lots of supplies like: a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe.

The bed in my room was initially small, but the hotel quickly changed it to a room with a comfortable king bed. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and bars. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. The food and drinks at La Madonna were delicious, and the ambiance was relaxed.

It was not seen or acknowledged by the hotel.

The location was marvellous and incredible for celebrating birthday. It was set within walking distance of a train station.

This location was stunning, short walk to the gardens, great cafes/restaurants and shops, shops & gardens and the centre of all of Melbourne's best venues. For evening meal I visited Rockpool at Alfred Place, since it was right by the hotel...

In the heart of the city, very convenient. Besides, excellent for visiting Chinatown.

Extremely polite and efficient staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous and amazing, just off many attractions, and cafes, restaurants and trams. Also, we both appreciated a block-size plaza, located not too far away from the hotel.

I was really impressed with this hotel. the location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. And lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. The beds were super comfortable and there was ample storage space for all our belongings. Plus, the breakfast options were delicious and very generous. a great experience!

I honestly couldn't fault this hotel. Everything was ok.
